Miraa Docs
Operate Miraa safely and efficiently.
Miraa is an Australian clinical AI workspace for clinicians. It helps you prepare for a consultation, capture it, and turn it into a draft clinical note, with suggested referrals, follow-ups, and patient communications. You review, verify, and approve — Miraa never finalises anything on its own.
Clinician approval is mandatory. Everything Miraa produces is a draft. A clinician must review and approve notes, letters, referrals, and messages before they enter a patient record or are sent. Miraa supports your clinical work; it does not diagnose, replace clinical judgment, or make autonomous clinical decisions.
Who these docs are for
- Clinicians — GPs, specialists, allied health, and nurses who run consultations and approve documentation.
- Clinic admins — practice managers setting up the clinic, inviting users, and managing billing and settings.
- Internal team & support staff — people helping clinics onboard and troubleshoot day to day.

If you only learn one thing, learn the core loop. It is the safest way to work in Miraa:
Prepare → Capture → Generate → Verify → Approve → Close the loop.

Safety, privacy & approval
Miraa is a healthcare product. These pages explain the responsibilities that keep it safe to use.
Privacy reminder. Obtain patient consent before recording where your clinic policy or jurisdiction requires it. Keep patient identifiers out of anything that leaves the clinical record. See Patient consent.
